Our Help the High Street campaign has been in existence for 18 months and has already helped many of our customers to engage with their customers about the importance of shopping locally on the high street and in turn, retain existing and new custom. Our tool kit, in the form of a marketing pack provides information on some ways you can do this which includes the following:
• How to guides on using Mailchimp, Facebook and Instagram. We appreciate some of our customers do already use these platforms, but if you do not, these are worth considering as a way to promote your business.
• If you are thinking about sending out emails to you customers, Mailchimp is an excellent tool to manage your database and create newsletter and other content.
• We can offer you a website service from which to promote your business. If you do not already have a website, this service provides you with the means to have one put in place quickly through us.
• In-store merchandise – we have a selection of items you can purchase from us to use in your shop and to give away to your customers. A price list is attached with full details.
• Sign up to Weddel TV! If you are not already receiving a link to our Weddel TV, the details enclosed provide information to subscribe. Please do share this with your colleagues!
• Keep the message alive and pop the enclosed window sticker clearly in your shop window!
