Help the High Street Turns One
In July 2020, we launched a new campaign to support high street butchers throughout the UK. With a sudden change of shopping habits due the Covid-19 pandemic, an opportunity arose when new customers were changing from the supermarket to shopping locally and on the high street, to help maintain them when things went ‘back to normal’.
The Help the High Street campaign set out and continues to help Weddel Swift’s customers with vital marketing and point of sale to educate and encourage the consumer on the importance of now continuing to support high street butchers.
Since it started, we have supported our customers with a whole host of ideas, including in-store merchandise such as aprons, window stickers, pavement A-frames as well as marketing ideas. Some customers have even used our service to create a new website that help supports their business and extensions to their business such as home delivery.
The campaign continues and we are delighted it has helping so many butchers get vital messages about shopping locally and supporting small businesses.
