Weddel Swift Distribution Ltd are approved under The Food Hygiene Regulations (852/2004), and we operate a fully documented HACCP system at all our sites nationwide.

Traceability is paramount in today’s customer led environment. We use a ‘one step backwards, one step forward’ traceability system. This enables us to identify where the product came from and where we delivered it to.

Weddel Swift Distribution Ltd are registered with the Meat Training Council as an Approved Training Centre. This allows us to train our staff to a recognised certification (Meat and Poultry Safety and HACCP).
